For books that are behind, tangled, or both. I’ll update, fix, and reconcile however far back your books need to go, so you’re standing on a clean, current foundation. Scoped from your Diagnostic, so nothing about the project is a guess.

How much does it cost?
Do you work with software other than QuickBooks Online?
Will you need access to my bank accounts?
Yes, read-only access, which most banks offer. I can view statements and transactions but can’t move money or touch anything. It’s how your accounts get reconciled every month without me chasing you for statements
Do you process payroll?
No, and that’s on purpose. Payroll taxes deserve a dedicated system, so I recommend Gusto: you run payroll in a few clicks, Gusto handles the tax filings, and your team gets their own portal for pay stubs and W-2s. On my side, I pull the payroll reports and make sure everything lands in your books correctly. You get payroll done right without either of us pretending to be a payroll company.
Are you a CPA?
No, I’m a bookkeeper, and that’s a different job. Your CPA handles taxes and filings. I keep your books clean, current, and organized every month, at a fraction of what a CPA would charge for that same monthly work. Together we make the full team.
Do you file taxes?
No tax services here. My job is getting your books accurate, complete, and ready to hand to your tax preparer at year-end, so tax season starts organized instead of in a scramble.
